Step-WISE recognizes the crucial role of Local and Regional Authorities (LRAs) in reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions through local Clean Energy Transition Plans (CETPs). It acknowledges the diversity of local contexts and aims to empower LRAs by providing them with an adaptable support package, including learning streams and a digital toolkit.
